Portfolio Ambassador Content Usage Policy

lululemon will grant to give you permission to use the Ambassador Content, such as images you are featured in, in your portfolio. The Ambassador Content still belongs to lululemon (unless it is user content created and owned by you) and must be used ‘as is’. The Ambassador Content may not be used commercially, published widely (such as billboards or publications), published by any other parties, or branded or co-branded with other logos and brands. This permission does not alter the full grant and assignment or license of copyright from you to lululemon. lululemon reserves the right to revoke permission to any use of the Ambassador Content that is not acceptable to lululemon, at any time, for any reason, in lululemon’s sole discretion, and at your sole expense. Below are a few dos and don’ts of sharing the Ambassador Content.

Dos 可以做的事情

·    use for social media (Instagram, Meta (formerly known as ‘Facebook’), DouYin, TikTok, X (formerly known as ‘Twitter’), LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Little Redbook, KEEP, etc.)

·     be clear about your contribution, and credit others and lululemon

Don’ts不可以做的事情

·   share the Ambassador Content (including on social media) before lululemon shares it, or share any Ambassador Content lululemon has not shared

·     alter the original Ambassador Content (such as adding filters or text)

·     use with logos (including yours, lululemon’s or others)

·     sell or license the Ambassador Content to others
